Prosecco with Elderflower

  • Sep 1, 2016
  • 1 min read

Serves about 5

Ingredients:

1 bottle prosecco

About 4 oz. elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germaine

Wide strips of lemon peel

Directions:

Place a lemon peel in each of five or six champagne flutes, then pour prosecco over the peels, leaving room. Add elderflower liqueur to top off each glass and stir. Serve immediately.

....And Hibiscu?

Make this lovely champagne cocktail even more fabulously floral! Create a juice from a handful of dried hibiscus flowers reconstituted in hot water and cooled. Add about a teaspoon of the hibiscus juice to each champagne flute.
