S’more Brownies

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 large eggs

¼ teaspoon baking powder

⅓ cup cocoa powder

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup flour

graham crackers:

5 milk chocolate candy bars

1 cup marshmallow crème


Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix together oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and stir. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch square pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Assemble the S’mores:

Preheat oven broiler to high. Place one brownie on top of graham cracker square. Top with marshmallow crème. Repeat with other s’mores. Put on baking tray and place under broiler until marshmallow starts to brown.
