White Sangria with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients:

1 lime, thinly sliced into rounds

1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds

¼ cup sugar

1 green apple, quartered

1 orange, sliced in halves

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 bottle (750 ml) dry, white wine such as Pinot Grigio

Ice

8 oz. (1 cup) seltzer

Fresh mint for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, mix well and serve over ice in stemless wine glasses and garnish with mint.
