OLD FASHIONED WITH ROSEMARY & ORANGE

Serves 4

Ingredients:

8 oz. Whiskey

4 tsp. Simple syrup

8 dashes Angostura bitters

4 tbsp. Orange juice

Fresh Rosemary sprigs

Orange peels

Ice

DIRECTIONS:

Mix whiskey, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters in a shaker. Add the ice and shake well. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice.

Peel 4 large slices of orange and rub the peel around the rim of the glass and drop the peel into the glass. Add rosemary sprigs for garnish.
