Serves 4 Ingredients: 8 tbsp. Sugar ¾ cup Cognac ½ cup Triple Sec orange liqueur 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Ice Lemon wedges DIRECTIONS: Pour sugar on a small plate. Rub lemon wedge halfway around rim of a rocks or a coupe glass. Dip the top of glass in sugar to coat outside rim of glass and set aside. Combine Cognac, Triple Sec and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake very well. Strain and pour into glasses and serve. Garnish with lemon wedges.
